🚫 Non-Refundable Products

All sales are final. Refunds and returns are NOT allowed in the following cases:
✅ Digital products (game keys, downloadable content, second-hand game accounts).
✅ If you mistakenly purchased a product.
✅ If your child or a family member made the purchase without consent.
✅ If you changed your mind after purchasing.
✅ If the game is not supported on your device.
✅ If you failed to read the product description before checkout.
✅ If you experience issues due to your own technical problems (e.g., incorrect installation, system incompatibility).
✅ If a game key or product was redeemed, activated, or used.

Once a product has been delivered and activated, we cannot issue a refund.


Exceptions for Returns and Refunds

3.1 Product Doesn’t Match Description

If you receive a product that does not match the description on our website, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, email confirmation).

3.2 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or non-functional product:

  • Contact us immediately at support@gamie.in
  • Include your order number and a detailed explanation.
  • You must provide a screen recording video proof:
    • Video must start before revealing the key or account.
    • Video must be continuous without cuts, edits or pausing.
    • Video must end only after checking and showing that the key/account is not working.

⚠️ Without this complete video proof, replacement or refund warranty cannot be claimed.

We will review the case, and if verified, we’ll provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.


🔄 Process for Requesting a Refund or Return

Step 1: Contact Support
Within 3 days, email support@gamie.in with:

  • Order number
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots and the required unedited screen recording

Step 2: Approval Review
Our team will review within 3 business days. If approved, we’ll guide you on next steps.

Step 3: Return the Product (If Required)
If a return is needed, send back the item (no charges).

Step 4: Inspection & Refund Processing
We’ll inspect the product/video proof.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Game keys and digital downloads (once delivered/activated)
  • Second-hand game accounts (once delivered)
  • Used or activated products
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Products reported after the 3-day period
  • Issues due to your own mistakes (incorrect installation, unsupported device, banned account etc.)

⚠️ Fraudulent Refund Claims

Gamie has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent claims:

  • Intentional false claims may lead to permanent blacklisting.
  • We reserve the right to take legal action under Indian cyber laws (IT Act, 2000).
  • Refund claims made after redeeming or activating a product will be automatically rejected.
