- Physical Products: You can return most physical products within 14 days of receiving them if they are in their original, unused condition, and packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- Digital Products: Digital products, including game keys and downloadable content, are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product is defective or not as described.
- Resale Game Accounts: All sales of resale game accounts are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on resale game accounts.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
- Products purchased on clearance or as part of a special promotion or sale, where indicated.
2. How to Return a Product
If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, include all accessories, and write the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.
3. Refund Policy

- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
