Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 2 days of delivery.

Eligible Return Reasons
Returns may be requested for the following reasons:

  • Defective or non-working product

  • Product different from the order description

  • Accidental purchase where the product has not been revealed or activated

  • Other valid issues verified by the Gamie support team

Digital Products
Most products sold on Gamie are digital goods such as activation keys, game codes, or subscriptions.

Digital products become non-returnable once the key or code has been revealed, accessed, or successfully activated.

Customers are advised to verify their purchase before revealing the product key.

Replacement Policy
If a product is confirmed defective or invalid, Gamie will provide:

  • A free replacement, or

  • Store credit, or

  • A full refund if replacement is not available.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued through:

  • Original payment method used for purchase, or

  • Gamie Store Credit.

Refund processing may take up to 7 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Return Charges
Gamie does not charge return or replacement fees for approved requests.
