Gamie reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons such as pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraudulent transactions.

We accept various payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
The customer agrees to provide accurate payment information and has the legal right to use the provided payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Timeline
Gaming Accessories: Delivery time varies between 3 to 7 days, depending on location.
Digital Products (Game keys & accounts): Sent to the registered email within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise).
4.2 Risk of Loss
Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss and ownership transfers to the buyer.
5. Game Keys & Accounts Policy
5.1 Delivery & Usage
Game keys and accounts are delivered to the registered email.
The buyer is responsible for the security of their game account after delivery.
If an account is compromised after delivery, Gamie will not be held responsible.
5.2 Refunds & Replacements
Refunds and replacements are only provided if:
The key/account is invalid at the time of delivery.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
The key/account was redeemed but later encountered issues.
The buyer failed to read the product description before purchase.
The buyer attempts to claim a refund based on false claims.
6. Account Deletion & Data Policy
Unverified accounts (without email verification) are automatically deleted every month.
Once an account is deleted, all order history and support eligibility are permanently lost.
Gamie does not restore deleted accounts due to security reasons.
7. Indian Consumer Law & False Claims
7.1 Legal Compliance
Gamie follows all applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
Customers must provide genuine information when filing any dispute or complaint.
7.2 False Claims & Legal Action
If a customer intentionally makes false claims (e.g., saying a redeemed key was invalid), it will be considered fraud.
Gamie reserves the right to take legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws.
If a false cybercrime report is filed against us, Gamie will provide transaction proofs, logs, and legal documentation to authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, logos, and software, belongs to Gamie or its content suppliers.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our website content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamie shall not be liable for:
Loss of data, unauthorized account access, or hacking after product delivery.
Any third-party service interruptions affecting product usage.
