At Gamie, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following return and refund guidelines before placing an order.
Return Window
Customers may request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective, invalid, or not functioning as described.
Eligible Return Reasons
Returns or replacements may be approved in the following situations:
• Product received defective
• Activation key or code is invalid
• Product delivered is different from the order
Customers must contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Digital products after the key/code has been revealed or accessed
• Products purchased by mistake
• Products that were successfully activated or redeemed
• Gift cards or redeem codes after delivery
Since most products on Gamie are digital goods, refunds cannot be provided once the product has been delivered or revealed.
Replacement Policy
If a product is confirmed defective, Gamie will provide:
• Free replacement, or
• Store credit, or
• Full refund if replacement is not available.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:
• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
• Store Credit: Customers may choose Gamie store credit for future purchases
Refund processing may take up to 7 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Return Charges
Gamie does not charge any return or replacement fees for approved return requests.
